Educating, Healing, and Empowering

Hi, I’m Cindy!

I entered into the wellness industry because of my passion to help educate, heal and empower people to live out the best quality of life.

About Me

I was formally educated in Bowen Therapy in both the United Kingdom and the United States. I also studied and am proficient in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Mcloughin Scar Removal Technique, Rain Drop essential oil Therapy, and multiple types of massage: , Sports, Shiatsu, Reiki, Infant, Deep Tissue and Swedish.

I am a healthcare coach who is passionate about collaborating with my clients and utilizing all appropriate therapeutic and lifestyle approaches, and restoring health.

My Values & Beliefs

Quality of Life

I am passionate about health and living the highest quality of life available, including the foods we eat and the care we give our bodies, emotions and minds.

Self Healing

The human body has an amazing capacity to self heal! Working with this built in intelligence, by activating it and not shutting it down is my goal with my clients. To provide them with knowledge and an individualized treatment plan that allows us to work in tandem with their bodies own innate healing.

Holistic Whole Body

We can re-build our bodies from the inside with supplements and diet. I believe what we put into our bodies is vitally important to our optimal health. As a wellness practitioner, I work hand in hand with clients to develop a plan of care with top-tier clinician based and tested supplements in use by physicians today with a collaborative, wellness-driven approach, both through diet, and nutritional supplementation that look beyond symptoms to identify and address the root cause of the problem.

My Approach

Change is a part of life and life is more enjoyable when we are relaxed and knowledgeable with tools to make change naturally.  I enjoy introducing people to the powerful ability of their own body to heal on the deepest level. I enjoy being in nature, and staying active and participating in; yoga, running, tennis, weight training, Nordic walking, snow skiing, and cycling.
I work very intuitively with my clients, also with the mind of a detective to help identify areas in their lives that can be contributing to chronic and out of balance conditions. Bowen Therapy is my top choice  for myself and my clients as it affects the nervous system via the central, peripheral and autonomic nervous systems, resulting in a profound wholistic response of the body’s innate ability to heal itself, like nothing else I have found.
When I am asked can Bowen Therapy help me and how does it help? I say the best test is to give yourself 3 sessions and you decide if it has been beneficial. No guarantees, but many have benefitted. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website today, and I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your concerns in the near future.
